Christmas 2019!

Hey everyone! I can not believe Christmas is over and that a new year is right around the corner. Every year, I wake up and exchange gifts with my family. Then, I go to my aunts house to have dinner with my extended family. I had such a wonderful Christmas this year and received very thoughtful gifts. I found links to everything that I could find!

What I Got

I wanted to share some of the things that I got this Christmas. If you are into makeup, one thing that I think you should try was from my brother and sister. They got me two different palettes by Anastasia Beverly Hills. The palette came in a cute little sparkly box. The two palettes that came with the set were Modern Renaissance and Soft Glam. My sister used the Soft Glam palette to do my makeup this morning and it came out so good. These palettes are so pretty and I can’t wait to use them more!

Another thing I got that I love already is a box of empowering questions cards. These are great if you like to write or if you have a hard time writing because they help you to think of things to write about. There are tons of cards and they all have different questions on them. For example, the one I got today asked “what are three of your best traits?” I really want to choose one of these cards to write about every day. They are a really great way to inspire your writing.

Another thing that I got was an Echo Dot. I am really excited to bring it to school, mostly for playing music and things like that. I also got the smart plug to go with it. With this, you can plug it into whatever you want, such as a lamp, and just say “Alexa, lamp on,” or “Alexa lamp off,” and it will turn it on or off. I am really excited to use this at school so that I don’t have to get up to turn of the lights!

I love games. I like keeping board games in my dorm room at school that I can play with my friends. I got a new game called iKNOW. I haven’t played it yet, but it’s basically a trivia brand about popular brands and things of that nature. I’m so excited to play!

I’ve been more into photography lately so I was so excited when I got a ring light. The one I have is by the brand Ubeesize. I bought a tripod from the same company a few months ago and I really like it so I was really excited to try the ring light. It has a lot of different settings, extends and also breaks down to a very compatible size.

Oil diffuser! I have been wanting one for so long and just never got around to buying one. The one I have has a few different light settings and a timer. I also got 3 different essential oils to go with it. So far, I really love it!

I can never have enough scrunchies. I love fun headbands and colorful scrunchies. These are always a fun gift for me to get!

Lastly, I got a new purse because mine sadly broke a couple of months ago so I have been using a really tiny one. The new one is so much bigger and can fit all my stuff perfectly.

After exchanging presents, I had a wonderful dinner and got to see a lot of family which is always a great time. I am so thankful for everything I received and loved seeing the looks on my families faces when they opened the gifts that I picked out for them.
