DIY Dunkin Donuts Kits

DIY Dunkin Donuts Kits

It is getting hard to come up with things to do while in quarantine. BUT do not worry! I have another idea for you if you are looking for a fun little DIY project to do. I was at Dunkin Donuts about a week ago, and I saw a sign in the drive through for a DIY donut kit. Of course, I was interested. I went back a few days ago and got one to bring home, to see what it was all about. Here’s what it is.

So first of all…price. I believe the donut kit was $6 and change. It came with 4 donuts, two cups of sprinkles, one cup of vanilla frosting, one cup of strawberry frosting and one cup of chocolate frosting.

There was more than enough frosting and sprinkles for all the donuts. It was a fun little activity to do at home. I think it’s a simple but fun idea. We were all able to decorate our donuts and also use combinations of frosting and sprinkles that you can’t normally buy at dunkin donuts. Plus, you can make your donut as fancy or as simple as you want it to be.

I’m not going to lie, I don’t have the best artistic abilities, but my donut tasted great.

My dad, on the other hand, for some reason has great artistic ability so his donut looked like it came from a fancy cafe.

My brother and sister also made donuts, they came out really good too. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of theirs.

Now, I don’t know if all Dunkin Donut locations have this kit, but if they do, I think you should give it a try. Have fun with it!

Thank you so much for reading today’s blog! Make sure to sign up for email notifications when I upload because I have a really fun product coming in the mail soon that my sister and I are going to try for an upcoming blog. Trust me, you don’t want to miss it. As always, thank you so much for your support. Stay safe!

Signed,

Ashlyn
