Buying Things from Target that I Don’t Need: A Thread

Hello, hello, hello! I hope that everyone is hanging in there and staying safe. If you were wondering, my family and I have been watching the ENTIRE Marvel movie series in order and we are now about 17 days in. (Yes, we have watched 17 movies in a row.) But that is besides the point. The point of this blog is I bought some things from Target that I absolutely did not need. The good news is everything came to a total of right around $10 which is not bad at all. I got three things and they actually all work really well and are so fun. Allow me to share….

P.S. The products will be linked at the bottom of this blog!

First thing, you need it. Okay, that’s dramatic but I love it. It is a color changing lip balm. (Thank you for the Target employees for telling me to try it). First off, this smells amazing. Second, it looks cool. There’s a flower inside! Third, it makes your lips feel really hydrated and actually gives them a nice color. Watch I’ll show you.

See! It’s a small difference but a difference. I would try it. It’s so cheap. I am going to buy it again for sure.

See the little flower inside???

Second, hair masque. I have never tried a hair masque before, so I figured why not. There were quite a few to choose from, but I chose one that helped with colored hair. My hair has blonde highlights (which are extremely grown out because I need to get them done so bad so don’t mind that). I use purple shampoo but sometimes it still looks brassy so I always try products to help get rid of the brassy look. I have to say, this hair masque did help, smells super good and makes my hair so soft. My sister also tried a hydrating one and her hair was super soft too. I overall really liked it and would buy it again. I have enough in mine to use it again.

Last but not least, of course, a face mask. I got a foaming face mask which I never tried before. I had mixed opinions about it. It felt a little bit gooey when I first put it on. Then, it started to fizz for lack of a better word. You could hear it too. The best thing I can compare it to is the sound of rice crispy cereal. It burned a little bit after I had it on for about 5 minutes. It didn’t say how long to keep it on for. After I rinsed it off with water, my skin was actually really smooth. So, it was definitely different, but fun to try.

That’s it for today! I hope you enjoyed. If you did, make sure to share this blog, comment, sign up for email notifications and follow me on Instagram! As always, thank you so much for your support, and stay safe!

Signed,

Ashlyn
