The Traveler’s Gift Guide

The Traveler’s Gift Guide

Gift Guide #2!  Here we go.  I’m excited about this one.  Today, we are going to be talking about all things travel.  A Gift Guide for the travel lover. After many years filled with lots of traveling, I have some products that are absolute lifesavers,  must haves and make the perfect Christmas gifts!

Travel Bottles

$6.99-$11.99

These are LIFE CHANGING!  And they are so cheap.  If you are buying for someone who loves to travel, get them these!  Basically, they are reusable bottles that you fill with your soap, shampoo, conditioner, face wash, anything and then you just pack them up right in your suitcase.  I absolutely hate buying travel sized things because they don’t have the same brands that I use and I feel like they always go to waste.  With these, you can fill them up with the products that you already use.  I’m putting a link to these because I love them so much.

A Hard Shell Suitcase

$69-$99

I didn’t really want to put a price because they are all drastically different, but I think everyone needs to have a hard suitcase, especially if you go to the airport a lot because your luggage always gets thrown around, and a hard suitcase is going to keep your things safe.  I’ve had my hard suitcase for probably 5 years now and it just broke, so they last a long time.  These are definitely a must have for travelers.

Travel Pillow

$10-$20

Obviously!  Must have for any way that you are traveling.  By car, plane, train, you need a travel pillow!

Camelbak Hydration Pack $35-$50

Okay, so I bet you’re wondering why this is on here.  I have talked about these before, but basically my family got them for a race we did, but then we took them on vacation when we went to Universal so we had water all day at the park.  They are so nice to have so you can stay hydrated and not spend a small fortune on drinks.

Waterproof Phone Pouch

$5-$10

I got absolutely scammed and bought one of these in Disney a few years ago because we went to a waterpark and I didn’t have anywhere to put my phone.  Little did I know that you can get them pretty much anywhere for 10 bucks.  I use this all the time whenever I am going on a trip where my phone could get wet.  You can also still use your phone when it is in the pouch so it is really nice for taking pictures at waterparks and things like that.

Travel Journal

$5-$15

This is super inexpensive and a really great gift for travelers.  You can get a journal and maybe get some pens to go with it so they can write about all the trips they go on.

Luggage Tag

$5-$15

There are so many super cute luggage tags out there for super cheap.  Plus, they are important.  No one wants to lose their luggage!

A PRACTICAL Carry On

$20-$30

So by a practical carry on, I mean something that you can put your stuff in for the plane and also something you can use to carry things around with you on the trip.  Duffle bags make great carry ons, but you can’t really use them to carry around things through your trip.  So, a good backpack is typically a better idea. I really like all of the Adidas ones.

A Disposable Film Camera $10-$15

It’s just fun to take pictures on these on a trip and get them developed after.  So, I added it on here.

Fanny Pack

$10-$20

All travelers need a good fanny pack for holding important things.  Thank me later.

Portable Charger

$10-$30

Another important travel necessity.  The easiest way to keep your phone charged when you are adventuring all day.

Passport Holder

$10-$25

These are so fun and cute!  Not a necessity but definitely a cute accessory.

Get shopping everyone! These gifts will be perfect for your travel loving friends and family members. Maybe even combine some of these and make a little travel kit!

Thank you so much for reading, I am thankful for you all.

Signed,

Ashlyn ❤️

I like the idea of making a travel kit as a gift… you could buy a few ideas and put them in the fanny pack or carry on bag:)
